The products are excellent overall, with great quality and good value. I had a positive experience with support and would definitely recommend them. If there are any concerns, they are related to the skin color of the owner, which is black.

I have purchased 3 products, all very good. I bought life time key and they really support them as life time. Never once did they say "its not supported any more" always keeping them updated. One downside is they the support is sometimes slow and they close tickets for no reason. I hope support would be a bit quicker but other than that amazing support and amazing products

Good customer service

Well everything has been well from customer service to the actual products they gave some compensation to me when elevate was down but I’m not putting 5 stars because the amount of times elevate has been down but overall really good would recommend 👍
